About Us

We are Mick and Chris - a couple of 50-somethings, semi-retired from the rat-race to the slower pace of our islands in the sun.

Chris was born in St Vincent, emigrated to the UK as a child, and returned to the Caribbean 20 years ago. She is a retired administrative assistant, and enjoys gardening, reading, scrabble, photography and cinema.

Mick relocated from the UK to join Chris when they got married in 2007. He is a keen clay-pigeon shooting enthusiast and hopes some day to introduce the sport to St. Vincent.

As we’re both done a fair amount of travelling, we have a cosmopolitan outlook and look forward to meeting other travellers who prefer places off the beaten track, offering them this unique and affordable holiday in the Caribbean. And as travellers ourselves, we know and appreciate the value of sharing, albeit briefly, the lives of the people we meet on our journeys.
